The Joenja patient and HCP websites serve as an APDS resource for the first and only FDA-approved treatment that works on the source of the disease itself, and not just the symptoms. From disease state awareness to efficacy statistics from trial, the Joenja site is a support mechanism for patients and their caregivers. The path to diagnosis is not often an easy one, hence the heavy emphasis on awareness and education, the two focal points that, looking back, patients wish they had more exposure to.
